该产品操作性能简单,设备性能可靠,计数装置、温度控制器操作方便,采用出色的中英文液晶显示屏触摸屏,可进行各种复杂程序设置,程序设置采用对话方式,操作简单快捷。
可实现制冷机自动运行,实现自动化,减少操作人员的工作时间,可随时自动启动、停止和工作。

制冷系统
系统理念:这些实验室均采用业界温度平衡技术(制冷不加热),在制冷和低温平衡中通过能量调节技术来平衡温度控制,不需要额外的启动加热。
能量调节技术,即PID控制,通过调节单位时间内进入蒸发器的冷媒质量来调节冷媒流量,实现对制冷功率的精准控制,从而精准控制试验箱的温度。
Compared with the previous "balanced temperature control method", that is, the heating and cooling method, the energy consumption is very high.
The use of this technology can reduce the customer's operating costs, prolong the service life of the compressor, and save a lot of electricity for the user during the product life cycle (depending on the actual frequency of use of the customer)
Refrigeration evaporator: Corrugated fin refrigeration evaporator is used, located in the interlayer of the air duct at one end of the Test Chamber, forced ventilation by the blower motor, and rapid heat exchange.
Auxiliary accessories: Other auxiliary accessories in the refrigeration system of the Test Chamber, such as solenoid valves, filters, etc. I also use imported accessories; for example, I use Italian CAS solenoid valves, bypass valves, etc., and other accessories also use domestic familiar brands of refrigeration accessories.
Low-temperature pipeline: The low-temperature pipeline is made of high-quality oxygen-free copper, which is welded with nitrogen (the traditional method uses ordinary copper, and the direct welding method is easy to oxidize the inner wall of the copper pipe, causing the refrigeration system to be blocked, so that the Test Chamber does not cool down or cools down slowly)
A condensate catch pan is installed at the bottom of the refrigeration system and drains out of the box.
Vibration reduction: Compressor rubber pads or spring vibration reduction measures are used; the refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of increasing R and elbows to avoid vibration and temperature changes caused by copper pipe shape changes, which may cause refrigeration system pipeline rupture.
Noise reduction: Use wave-shaped special sound-absorbing sponge to absorb sound.
