2. Pay attention to whether the marked values of each barometer, Air Compressor air storage tank, cooling tower barometer, and grease barometer are within the specified range;
3. Pay attention to whether the motor temperature, rolling bearing temperature, ammeter and ammeter are normal, and the current cannot exceed the rated voltage of the motor. If it exceeds, find out the reason or shut down for inspection;
4. Frequently check whether there are dirt or even conductive objects in the motor, whether the electromagnetic coil is damaged, whether there is friction between the motor stator and the motor rotor, otherwise the motor will burn out after the motor is running;
5. If it is a water-cooled refrigeration compressor, if the water cannot be supplied immediately after the water is cut off, it will prevent the cylinder from cracking due to uneven heating and cooling. After parking in winter, the cooling circulating water should be released to prevent the cylinder from freezing;
6. Check whether the temperature and total flow of cooling circulating water are normal;
7. Check the supply of grease and oil products provided by the air intake system of the fitness mechanism (some refrigeration compressors are equipped with a plexiglass plate baffle on the side of the crosshead slide rail of the casing, and you can immediately see the movement and lubrication of the crosshead Grease supply status); the oil tank and fuel dispenser can be cut on one side to check the fuel, and the fuel pump can be checked to drip oil into the oil tank;
8. Check whether the oil level in the shell oil pan and the lubricating grease in the fuel pump are lower than the scale line. If low, it should be topped up immediately (stop check with dipstick);
9. Be good at checking whether the temperature of the suction and exhaust pipes and other parts of the crankcase ventilation horizontal sliding cover of the shell is normal;
10. Check whether the refrigeration compressor vibrates and whether the anchor bolts are loose or fall off;
