What factors affect the uniformity of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber?

The high-low Temperature Test Chamber is a reliability test device for testing industrial products in an alternating high-low temperature environment. Under high-low temperature (alternating) conditions, test the performance of parts and materials of electronic and electrical research institutions and other related products.

1. Selection of high-low Temperature Test Chambers

Technical parameters should be mainly considered, including temperature range, uniformity, fluctuation, heating rate, cooling rate and other factors, which are the conditions required to determine whether the high-low Temperature Test Chamber can achieve the purpose of the experiment.

These four elements play a big role. In terms of uniformity, since we often encounter the problem of excessive uniformity during our experiments, we should pay special attention to this parameter.

2. What are the reasons for the unevenness of the high-low Temperature Test Chambers?

1. Poor airtightness of the box inside the high-low temperature test box, such as air leakage, affects the temperature uniformity of the equipment workshop.

2. If a temperature deviation is detected in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, the sample needs to be placed in the studio, and the test sample should be placed as required. If the volume of the test sample is too large, or the placement method or location is not timely, the air convection will be blocked, which may also cause a large temperature deviation.

3. The wall of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber produces heat conduction due to the high temperature test, and then the high-low Temperature Test Chamber leaks heat or cold. To compensate for this loss, there needs to be a temperature difference in the air supply. The air temperature in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber is relatively high. When the supply air temperature is lower than the working temperature of the box, the temperature in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber will drop, because a certain supply air temperature difference will make the temperature in the working room uneven.

4. The structure of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber will greatly affect the uniformity of the intermediate temperature. Because its structure is difficult to be completely symmetrical, it is not conducive to temperature uniformity.

In order to easily obtain a uniform temperature, it is necessary to change the structure of the high-low temperature test box to the front door, change the air-conditioning room to the rear door, and change the box body to the air supply and return air.
