Many users know how to operate a constant temperature and Humidity Chamber. The first is the pretreatment of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber. There is no specific requirement in the preconditioning standard, but the samples should be kept at normal temperature and humidity before testing.
1. Set the initial stage of the temperature and humidity cycle of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
After obtaining the product form temperature and Humidity Chamber supplier, adjust the ambient temperature and humidity in the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber to 30% and 95% respectively.
2. Set the heating stage of constant temperature and humidity room temperature and humidity cycle
In the heating stage, the temperature generally rises to the highest temperature within 3 hours, the humidity is not lower than 90% RH within 15 minutes before the cut-off, and the rest time is not lower than 95%.
3. The temperature and humidity of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
In the high temperature and high humidity maintenance stage, keep it for 9 hours, the humidity in the first 15 minutes and the 15 minutes before the end is not lower than 90%, and the relative humidity in other times is 93% ± 3%.
4. Cooling stage of constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
It needs to drop to 25°C within 3 to 6 hours.
Method 1: Strictly require the cooling rate in the first 1.5 hours, the humidity in the first 15 minutes of the cooling process should not be lower than 90%, and the humidity in other times should not be lower than 95%;
Method 2: It has good repeatability for other samples, but there is no relevant requirement at 85% relative humidity, only the humidity cannot be lower than 80% during the cooling process.
5. Low temperature and high humidity in constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
Low temperature and high humidity maintenance stage: within 24 hours to the end of a cycle, the humidity is not lower than 95%.
6. Intermediate detection in constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
Measurements that require sample removal prior to recovery are not recommended.
7. The recovery stage of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber
Humidity now drops to room temperature in 1 hour, last 1-2 hours in this recovery condition.
The number of cycles in a 24-hour period is usually 10 unless otherwise stated. If it is not 10 times, the relevant regulations should specify the number of cycles.
