Operation and use of programmable constant temperature and Humidity Chamber

Constant temperature and Humidity Chambers are so versatile that almost any job requires it. Customers who purchase constant temperature and humidity Test Chambers often ask some questions. What does the programmable operation of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber mean? What function does it have? Next, we will answer it for you below.

1. Programmable constant temperature and Humidity Chamber

The so-called programmable constant temperature and Humidity Chamber is an intelligent mode, and programmable changes can be realized on the controller. The so-called programmable means that during the test, for example, set -20~150°C, run for three hours, then run from 150~-20°C, run for three hours, then run from -20~150°C, run for three hours . This cyclic testing process is programmable.

The programmable controller of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber specifically refers to the programmable controller, referred to as PC or PLC, which is an electronic system operated by digital operations and designed for applications in industrial environments. It uses programmable memory to store logic operation and sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operation instructions, and controls various mechanical equipment or production through digital or analog input or output interface process.

Programmable is the process of having a computer write code in a certain programming language to solve a certain problem and get the corresponding results from a programmable temperature & Humidity Chamber.

2. Operation method

1. First turn on the switch of the device. There is a controller on the panel of the device and a main menu will appear. It is divided into monitoring screen, operation setting, appointment setting, curve display, program setting and screen setting six submenus.

2. Next, we select the operation setting interface. At this point, there will be two modes of operation, including programmable value and fixed value. The program represents cyclic operation between multiple temperature points, and the fixed value can only be operated at a single temperature point. At this point, we touch and click on the program button and it will turn green, which means it is selected.

3. The program also needs to select the running program in the operation setting, then select the program number, enter the temperature, humidity and time to be measured in the group temperature box corresponding to the group temperature box 01, and then select the second corresponding program segment 02, Enter the required test temperature, humidity, time, etc. in the group temperature box.

4. After editing the temperature, humidity, and running time, use the programmable function of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber. First set the standby temperature to 0.5 degrees, select standby on, then cycle.

5. Select the editing program number to be input, and edit the title of the product item under test, so that it can be called directly next time. Simply select how many times all temperature cycles need to be performed; the same is true for part of the cycle, the number of segments and the number of segments in between. For cross cycling, you simply set the cycle start end, end end and number of segments on the thermocycler chamber.

6. After setting the temperature, time, and cycle time to be tested, enter the monitoring screen, select the program group and program part to be run, click the run button in the lower right corner, and the device can work normally. The device will stop functioning properly until all program cycles we need to test are complete. This is the so-called program operation method.
