The walk-in constant temperature and Humidity Chamber can be used in aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electrical appliances, electronic products, and various important electronic components to test their performance indicators in high-low temperature or humid heat environments.
advantage
(1) The test power supply of the product under test and the safety protection device are synchronously controlled for safety.
(2) The walk-in constant temperature and Humidity Chamber is suitable for testing when the product is large or the product test volume is large.
(3) Standard combination design, with stainless steel plate and salted steel plate as the main materials.
(5) It has an indoor openable safety door latch and leakage circuit breaker protection device.
Precautions
(1) When the equipment is running, the load in the box should not be overcrowded. The air circulation in the box is not affected, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity in the box.
(2) When there is no need for lighting in the box, the light switch should be placed in the "off" position to prolong the service life of the light.
(3) After the equipment is transported in place, it should be placed for 1~2 days before it can be started, so that the compressor in the refrigeration system can work normally and prolong its service life.
(4) Wipe the tank wall and tank surface frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the exterior surfaces with acids, alkalis or other corrosive solutions.
(5) When the equipment is transported, the inclination angle shall not be greater than 45 degrees, so as not to damage the refrigerator system.
(6) Use distilled or purified water when using a humidifier. When there is sediment on the transducer, add a few drops of detergent, clean it with a soft brush, and then rinse it with clean water.
(7) When disassembling the Water Tank of the humidifier and adding water, it is necessary to pour out the water in the base to avoid overflow.
(8) After the equipment lands, if the ground is uneven, it should be leveled.
(9) Maintenance and repair of equipment should be carried out by professionals to avoid accidents.
(10) Environmental protection oven equipment requires a grounded power socket.
(11) When the equipment is closed and not in use, it should be disposed of to avoid moisture. The specific method is as follows: Take out the humidification system, pour water into the drip tray at the bottom of the box, set the temperature at 40°C, run for 5 hours, and turn it on every two hours. Once the door releases moisture, unplug it and store after disposal.
