The vacuum oven is one of the important auxiliary drying equipment in the experiment. It has a wide range of applications and more complex operations. It has higher requirements than ordinary ovens and requires more attention during use.
Sample placement in a vacuum oven
Please place the material to be dried evenly on the sample rack of the vacuum Drying Oven, and then push it into the industrial vacuum Drying Oven.
Precaution:
1. Do not put the sample in the heating state of the vacuum oven, but put it in the state ensuring that the heating is turned off.
2. When placing the sample, a certain space should be left around the upper and lower sides to keep the air flow inside the box.
3. If the sample undergoes a phase change during the drying process, it needs to be mounted in a tray to avoid contamination of other samples.
4. After the items are dried, if the weight becomes lighter and the volume becomes smaller, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port of the vacuum drying box to prevent the suction of dry matter from damaging the Vacuum Pump or solenoid valve .
5. It is strictly forbidden to put liquid solvents and items with ignition point under vacuum and boiling point lower than 150°C into the box.
Close the door of the vacuum oven tightly
Please close the door gently.
Precaution
1. Do not close it forcefully, so as not to vibrate the vacuum drying box.
2. There are bolts on the door. When closed, make sure the door is tightly integrated with the silicone seal.
Vacuum Oven should be turned on to vacuum
Please connect the Vacuum Pump to the vacuum valve, turn on the Vacuum Pump and the vacuum valve, and pump the vacuum in sequence.
Precaution:
1. According to the principle of the vacuum Drying Oven, the limit value of the Vacuum Pump when the pressure gauge is pumped shall prevail.
2. After reaching the vacuum degree, first close the vacuum valve. If the vacuum valve is not closed, please replace it in time, and then turn off or remove the power supply of the Vacuum Pump to prevent back suction.
3. Observe the vacuum pressure gauge to ensure that the value is stable without obvious fluctuations.
4. If the vacuum degree is lower than the requirement of dry goods, turn on the Vacuum Pump power supply and vacuum valve again to continue the vacuum, which can prolong the service life of the Vacuum Pump .
Heating of the vacuum Drying Oven
Please turn on the heating switch and set the desired temperature.
Precaution:
1. The heating step needs to be carried out in a stable vacuum state, otherwise it is easy to cause internal and external pressure and temperature differences, causing emergency situations such as the outside atmosphere rushing into the box.
2. During the heating process, the heating indicator light will keep on. When the set temperature is reached, the heating will stop automatically and the indicator light will go out at the same time. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heating starts again and the heating indicator lights up.
3. The heating indicator and temperature of the vacuum Drying Oven need to be displayed normally. If the indicator light does not light up, please turn off the power and contact the person in charge of the instrument.
Temperature setting of the vacuum Drying Oven
The desired temperature can be set.
Precaution:
1. The set temperature should not exceed the rated temperature. The ignition point and boiling point of the material drop sharply under vacuum. Unreasonable set temperature will lead to agglomeration of solid materials.
2. The digital display temperature needs normal indication. If there is no display or abnormalities such as flickering and beating, please turn off the power in time and contact the person in charge of the instrument.
3. The operator needs to wait until the actual temperature is consistent with the set temperature, and the heating indicator light of the vacuum oven is off before leaving.
4. In order to avoid temperature control failures, special personnel are required to check whether the instrument is operating normally and pay attention to changes in baking materials. If abnormalities are found, it is necessary to turn off the heating, cut off the power supply, open the exhaust valve, and report in time.
Vacuum Oven sampling
First turn off the heating switch, and then slowly open the exhaust valve. When the vacuum degree is 0, open the Industrial Oven door and take out the sample.
Precaution:
1. Do not open the valve to the maximum value at one time when exhausting, so as to prevent the external airflow from entering the vacuum Drying Oven and pollute the sample, causing contamination between the box and the sample.
2. It is forbidden to open the door when the vacuum degree is less than 0.
3. The silicon rubber of the box door seal is deformed due to long-term vacuum, and when the box door cannot be opened, the box door cannot be opened forcibly. The door can be opened after the sealing silicone rubber ring slowly returns to its original state.
4. After sampling, close the exhaust valve in time.
