The high-low temperature alternating damp heat Test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components and their materials in storage, transportation and use in high-low temperature environments.
When we use a high-low temperature alternating humidity Test Chamber for testing:
1. If there is a large difference between the actual humidity in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber and the displayed humidity, the following three steps should be performed:
(1) Check the water supply system of the humidification system: whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, and whether the water level control of the humidification boiler is normal.
(2) Whether the water level of the humidifying boiler is normal, or whether the wet ball gauze has lost its effect due to long-term use. If so, replace the gauze.
(3) If the above conditions are normal, check the electrical control system and it should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel.
2. If the high-low Temperature Test Chamber fails to lower the temperature to a lower level or cannot cool down, please check the following 5 accessories:
(1) If the compressor is damaged or does not turn on, replace the compressor and check whether the control compressor circuit and control elements are damaged.
(2) If the refrigerant leaks, use the nitrogen leak detection method to find the leak point, weld, vacuumize, add refrigerant, and debug again.
(3) If the solenoid valve is abnormal, replace the solenoid valve and check the control circuit of the solenoid valve.
(4) If the capillary is blocked, replace the capillary, replace the dry filter, blow out the impurities in the condensing system with nitrogen, and add refrigerant for debugging.
(5) If the condenser freezes, directly heat and dry the moisture in the chamber, then cool down.
3. If the high-low Temperature Test Chamber is not heated or the high temperature cannot be reached, please check the following two accessories:
(1) If the heating tube is damaged, please replace it.
(2) If the solid state relay is damaged, replace it.
4. If there is water leakage in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, please check the following three accessories:
(1) Check whether the water pipes, water cups, humidification barrels, and Water Tanks are normal. If there is any abnormality, please use the raw material bag for inspection or seal it with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.
(2) Check whether the seal in the cavity is normal. If there is any abnormality, please seal it with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.
(3) Check whether the heat preservation of the refrigeration system is normal. If there is any abnormality, please wrap it with thermal insulation cotton to enhance the heat retention.
