The former may be caused by the dry gauze on the wet bulb sensor, and it is necessary to check whether the Water Tank of the wet bulb sensor is short of water. The liquid level in the tank is actively controlled by a liquid level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is normal and whether the water level controller is working normally. Another possibility is that the gauze is used for too long or the purity of the water supply, which will make the gauze harden and unable to soak up water and become dull. Simply replace or clean the gauze to replace. The latter is mainly because the humidification system is not working. Please check the humidification system of the water supply system to see if there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system. It is recommended to control the normal water level and operation of the humidification boiler. If all the above are normal, check the electrical control system and ask professional maintenance personnel for maintenance.
2. For the high temperature test, if the temperature change does not reach the test value, please check the electrical system and clean the defects one by one. If the temperature rises slowly, you need to check the air circulation system to see if the regulating baffle of the air circulation is opened normally, otherwise, check whether the motor of the air circulation is running normally. If there is a strong overshoot in temperature, then the PID preference option needs to be adjusted. If the temperature rises directly and remains overheated, the controller is defective and the control surface needs to be replaced.
3. When the equipment still has defects during the test, the corresponding defects will be displayed on the control surface, and there will be an audible alarm prompt. Operators can quickly check what kind of defect they belong to in the chapter on defects in cleaning equipment operation and application, and then ask professionals to quickly clean the defect to ensure the normal operation of the test. Other phenomena will appear when testing equipment in other environments, which require specific analysis and cleaning for specific situations.
4. If the low temperature fails to meet the test, the temperature change needs to be investigated. If the temperature drops slowly or has an upward trend after reaching a certain value. For the former, it is necessary to check whether the working chamber is dry before the low-temperature test, so that the test sample is placed in the chamber and tested, because the chamber remains monotonous, or whether there are too many samples in the work, resulting in insufficient internal air circulation. After identifying the above reasons, consider the defects in the refrigeration system, which require maintenance by professionals from the temperature box manufacturer. The latter is caused by the harsh operating environment of the equipment.
