It can work stably under the set vacuum degree and is suitable for vacuum drying of medicine, chemical industry, electronics, instruments, materials and parts. In daily use, for the precision and high-end environmental test equipment such as industrial vacuum ovens, more maintenance, protection and safe use are required to better improve production efficiency and prolong the service life of vacuum ovens.
1. The industrial vacuum oven should be placed on a smooth ground with enough space around it so that the door can be opened freely; do not pile up debris, and do not pile up flammable and explosive items within 10 meters.
2. When using an industrial vacuum oven, the temperature inside the Test Chamber tends to rise to a very high level. Therefore, the test product needs to be flammable, and explosive items and flammable and volatile chemicals should not be placed in the oven.
3. If there is any abnormality, smell and smoke in the process of using the industrial vacuum oven, please turn off the power immediately. Users should not blindly repair the oven, but should ask the repair department of the Industrial Oven supplier to ask professionals to check and repair. (When a new industrial vacuum oven is turned on for the first time, there will be a peculiar smell and a little smoke, which is normal. Please observe it once or twice. If this happens continuously, please call our customer service center for consultation.
4. The inner wall and surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the exterior surfaces with acids, alkalis or other corrosive solutions.
5. If it is not used for a long time, please unplug the power cord to prevent the equipment from being damaged by personnel. Please keep running for 2-3 days regularly according to the usage conditions to remove moisture from the electrical part and avoid damage to related equipment.
