Confirm the power and ground wires : Is the power wire properly installed according to the specifications and is the ground wire connected?
Note: The gauze should be removed only when the temperature is measured. If the gauze is operated at a high temperature above 85°C, the gauze should be replaced before the next operation, otherwise it may not be able to absorb water. When replacing the new gauze, please wash your hands first (gauze packaging are all sterilized).
Confirmation of water supply: 1. Is the water storage enough? 2. Is the Water Tank cover properly closed? 3. Is it clean? (Clean it once a month, and replace the gauze with new gauze every three months).
Confirmation of special gauze for wet bulb: 1. Is the gauze placed in the correct position? (Is it placed at the front end of the humidity sensor?) 2. Is it wet? (There is water in the water supply tank. If the water level is normal, but the gauze cannot be wetted, please replace the gauze with a new one. Usually, replace the gauze every three months.) 3. Is the water level in the water supply tank normal?
Confirmation of humidifier water level: 1. Is the water level normal? (After three to five minutes after the humidifier supplies water, check the water level) 2. Is the water used in the humidifier clean? (The humidifier should be drained regularly to keep the interior clean)
Confirmation of the drain pipe: Is the drain pipe properly connected?
