Working principle of 3 paths type cold and heat shock testing machine

The 3 paths type thermal shock testing machine is mainly composed of high temperature storage room, low temperature storage room and shock temperature test room. Understanding the three-chamber working principle of the thermal shock Test Chamber is of great significance for scientific operation and reasonable protection of the 3 paths type thermal shock testing machine.

1. High temperature storage box

The central controller uses the temperature sensing element to detect the real-time signal and compares it with the set temperature signal to obtain the comparison signal. The output signal of the meter logic circuit controls the on-off time ratio of the solid state, adjusts the heating and the output power of the device, and achieves the purpose of automatic temperature control.

2. Low temperature storage box

Temperature status The thermal shock Test Chamber is determined by the operating status of the heater, evaporator and fan in the air duct. After the refrigerant flows out of the expansion valve and enters the evaporator in the operating room, the refrigerant absorbs heat in the operating room and evaporates, thereby reducing the temperature of the operating room. The evaporated working fluid is sucked in and compressed into a high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor, enters the condenser and condenses into a liquid. After passing the screening procedure and throttling through the expansion valve, it enters the operating room evaporator to absorb heat and evaporate. It is then sucked in and compressed by the compressor. This reciprocating operation reduces the temperature of the thermal shock chamber to the set temperature requirement.

3. Impact Temperature Test Chamber

The high-low temperature air valve is automatically controlled by the instrument, and switches between the low/high Temperature Test Chamber and forms a closed-circuit air circulation system with the high greenhouse or low greenhouse to quickly reach the test target temperature. Axial forced "dispersion" operation in the operating room can greatly improve the fluctuation and uniformity of equipment operation.
