All high-low Temperature Test Chambers need to undergo rigorous testing before being put on the market for sale and use. Airtightness is considered to be an important condition when performing the test. If it does not meet the airtightness requirements, it must not be placed on the market.
The poor sealing effect of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber will lead to the following consequences
The cooling rate of the Test Chamber will be reduced.
The evaporator will frost and cannot achieve extremely low temperatures.
Humidity does not reach the limit.
Drips in high humidity will increase water consumption.
solution
When maintaining equipment, check the sealing condition of the door sealing strip, check whether the door sealing strip is broken or missing, and whether there is a loose seal (cut the A4 paper into 20-30mm paper tapes, and close the door when it is difficult to pull out, which meets the requirements. Require).
Before the test, care should be taken to prevent foreign matter on the sealing strip of the gate, and the power line or test line should not be led out of the gate.
Verify that the Test Chamber door is closed when the test begins.
It is forbidden to open and close the door of the high-low temperature test room during the test.
With or without power/test leads, the lead hole should be sealed with a silicone plug provided by the Test Chamber manufacturer ensuring it is completely sealed.
