Reasonable use of the thermal shock Test Chamber can avoid damage to its own performance. The operation steps of the thermal shock Test Chamber are divided into five main steps: pretreatment, initial inspection, test, recovery, and inspection.
1. Preprocessing
Place the sample under normal atmospheric conditions until the temperature stabilizes.
2. Initial inspection
Compare the sample with the standard requirements, and put it directly into the thermal shock Test Chamber after meeting the requirements.
3. Test
The sample should be placed in the Test Chamber according to the standard requirements, and the temperature in the Test Chamber should be raised to the specified point, and kept for a certain period of time until the temperature of the sample reaches a stable point, depending on the length of time of the test object.
After the high temperature phase is over, transfer the specimens to the low Temperature Test Chamber that has been conditioned to -55 °C within 5 min and keep it there for 1 h or until the specimen temperature reaches a steady point, whichever is the subject's length of time allow.
After the low temperature phase is over, transfer the specimen to the high temperature chamber to adjust it to 70°C within 5 min and hold it there for 1 h or until the temperature of the test sample reaches a stable point, whichever is the length of time for the subject.
Repeat the above experimental method to complete three cycles. Depending on the size of the sample and the size of the space, the times may have slight errors.
4. Recovery
After the sample is removed from the Test Chamber, it shall be recovered under normal test atmospheric conditions until the sample reaches a stable point.
5. Check
Compare damage levels in standard and other methods to evaluate test results.
