How to deal with the vacuum gauge pointer fault of lithium battery vacuum oven?

When the lithium battery vacuum oven is used for a long time, it will sometimes fail. For example, do you know what to do when the vacuum gauge pointer of the lithium battery vacuum oven fails?

First, turn on the power of the Vacuum Pump, turn on the vacuum valve on the lithium battery, pump out the air, and close the purge valve at the same time. Note that the lithium battery vacuum oven is powered but not powered. However, why does the vacuum gauge still show "0" after a long time of vacuuming?

There are many reasons for this problem. For example, the Vacuum Pump lacks oil, the suction is insufficient, the pipeline connecting the box is aging and leaking, and the door seal is not good enough. When vacuuming, there is no need to turn on the power. Otherwise, the Vacuum Pump filled with hot air can easily be damaged! There are seams in the box and you need to put some water in the machine when vacuuming. Two people need to turn the instrument over to check where there are air bubbles. If you are doing it right, then immediately confirm whether the machine is out of warranty. If not, have the vacuum furnace manufacturer check.
