The Vacuum Pump is an important part of the electric vacuum furnace, but it has received a lot of attention from a few people, resulting in many failures. Do you know how to repair the Vacuum Pump?
1. Keep the pump clean to prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Keep the oil level of the pump in the industrial drying box. The vacuum oil cannot be mixed with the engine oil, and it should be replaced in time if there is any pollution.
3. During use, the water content or other volatile substances in the pumped gas are too high. If it affects the vacuum, consider changing the oil. When replacing the pump oil, first turn on the pump and run it for a few minutes to make the oil thinner and release the dirty oil; when draining the oil, slowly add a small amount of clean Vacuum Pump oil from the air inlet to flush the pump cavity.
4. When the noise of the Vacuum Pump increases or suddenly gets stuck, cut off the power supply and check it quickly; if there is only a three-phase motor humming, but the Vacuum Pump does not work, you need to cut off the power supply quickly, check whether the engine is running without phase, check Whether the line or connection point is loose.
5. Disassembly of the pump:
(1) oil discharge;
(2) Loosen the intake flange screws and pull out the intake pipe;
(3) Loosen the flange screw of the gas balance valve (if there is a gas balance valve), and pull out the gas balance valve;
(4) Remove the fuel tank;
(5) Remove the cotter pin of the check valve and pull out the impeller of the check valve;
(6) Remove the hexagon socket head screws connecting the bracket and the pump, loosen the fastening screws of the pump coupling, and pull out the pump body;
(7) Loosen the two pump cover screws, carefully remove the pump cover, and pull out the high-low rotors and rotating blades;
(8) Clean the parts to be installed.
6. Pump assembly sequence:
(1) Install the rotating leaf spring on the rotating blade, insert it into the rotor slot, install the advanced rotor, install the advanced pump cover, pins, screws, and keys, and rotate it by hand. No blockage, obvious sense of weight;
(2) Refer to the previous step to install the high-position rotor and the method of installing the low-position rotor;
(3) Install the check valve assembly, adjust the check valve head and the plane of the oil hole, and the horizontal height is 1.2mm. When closed, the check valve head should seal the oil hole tightly, otherwise it is easy to cause oil return;
(4) Reinstall the exhaust valve plate;
(5) Put the pump body, key and coupling back on the bracket;
(6) Install the fuel tank, reinstall the gas ballast valve (if there is a gas ballast valve) and the intake pipe.
