Nine Operation Precautions for Hot and Cold Cycle Impact Test Chamber

The thermal cycle shock Test Chamber is the test equipment required by metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other material industries. It is used to test the degree to which material structures or composite materials can withstand extremely high-low temperatures in an instant. And it can detect the chemical change or physical damage of the sample caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest time.

1. Try to avoid frequent start and stop of the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber (try not to start again within five minutes after such environmental test equipment stops), so as not to increase the mechanical load of the refrigeration system compressor and affect the service life of the unit.

2. It is strictly forbidden to test flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items in the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber, otherwise it will cause accidents to destroy the machine or invalidate the test results.

3. The number of test objects placed must not affect the airflow balance in the working room, otherwise it will affect the performance of the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber and the authenticity of the test. On any cross-section perpendicular to the wind direction of the internal circulation, the total area of the test object should not be greater than 1/3 of the cross-sectional area of the working chamber.

4. The door of the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber needs to be closed before operation, otherwise it will cause air leakage in the studio, and the test cannot meet the performance requirements.

5. The thermal cycle shock Test Chamber should be operated by a special person to avoid unnecessary damage due to irregular operation.

6. If the thermal cycle shock low-Temperature Test Chamber is used for low-temperature test at 0°C, try to avoid opening the door of the Test Chamber, because it is easy to cause frost on the evaporator and other parts during the low-temperature test. Cooling System. Especially the lower the test temperature, the more serious the situation may be. If the door needs to be opened, the opening time should be kept as short as possible.

7. After using the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber to complete the low temperature test operation, be sure to set the test temperature condition to 30°C. It needs to be dried for about half an hour (to return to normal temperature, the thermostat can set this automatic function), and then shut down. Then open the door of the Test Chamber to take and place the test product, so as not to affect the test performance of the next working condition. If it is not dried at 30°C, the machine will malfunction.

8. When the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber is running at high temperature and high humidity, unless it is absolutely necessary, it is strictly forbidden to open the door, otherwise it may cause the following adverse consequences.

① Humid and hot gas rushes out of the Test Chamber rapidly, which may cause burns. The inside of the door, the test area and the surface of the sample are still hot, and it is easy to burn your hands! Hot air can trigger fire alarms and malfunctions.

② Door opening operation of the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber: When opening the door, the operator needs to move backward through the Test Chamber door to prevent the machine from gushing out a large amount of hot air in the Test Chamber. Hot and cold cycles affect the Test Chamber.

9. During the operation of the thermal cycle shock Test Chamber, please do not touch and check the system components of the machine to avoid electric shock or motor torsion accidents. Therefore, please stop the machine and cut off the power before maintenance.
