The consumables of the constant temperature and humidity aging Test Chamber are divided into four categories.
1. Electricity
The machine cannot start without an electric machine, and needs 380V current to be grounded. Electricity consumption is relatively consumed, and the power consumption is definitely different when the refrigeration is turned on and not turned on.
2. water
There is no doubt that as long as the humidification function is turned on, the amount of water will be consumed. The amount of water will change with the change of temperature and humidity, and the amount of water consumed will also change accordingly. If a constant temperature and humidity aging Test Chamber is used, the humidity will reach 95% at 55 degrees, and the water consumption will be large, about 0.5 liters/hour. In theory, we all think that high temperature and high humidity will consume more water. On the contrary, compared with 95% humidity at 55 degrees Celsius and 98% humidity at 85 degrees Celsius, the former consumes more water because the high humidity situation is automatically established at a high temperature of 85 degrees Celsius.
3. Wet ball gauze
At present, the temperature and humidity equipment of the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber adopts the dry and wet bulb comparison method; then, we will need to use damp gauze. When the equipment leaves the factory, the manufacturer comes standard with one roll, which can be used for one to two years. The frequency of replacement should be determined by the duration of the test and the stiffness and yellowishness of the gauze.
4. Refrigerant
Some people argue that refrigerants are not consumables because they require long-term (approximately three to five years) refills, and that cycle is for branded products. Some new equipment needs to be replenished once a month or two after use, which is the problem of equipment manufacturing process. The compressor is leaking and needs to be inspected and repaired.
