Analysis and Treatment of Leakage in High and Low Temperature Test Chamber

When working in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber, we will find that sometimes water droplets will drip from the inside of the Test Chamber. Is it normal? Next, we will analyze how to solve the water leakage problem of the high-low temperature constant Temperature Test Chamber.

Whether dripping water in the high-low Temperature Test Chamber is a normal phenomenon depends on the location of the dripping water.

1. If there are water droplets in the air duct behind the equipment, users can rest assured that this is a normal phenomenon, because the compressor is dehumidifying.

2. It is not normal for the sink in the upper right corner of the equipment to drip water, but our test box manufacturer can adjust it through some operations to solve the problem of dripping water.

The causes and solutions for the second case are:

1. First check whether the Test Chamber is placed stably. When the whole equipment is tilted, the cup in the water system of the high-low Temperature Test Chamber will also change its position, and the water in the cup will flow down from the sink in the Water Tank. The Test Chamber needs to be placed in a stable position to ensure that the water level returns to normal.

2. When the cup is installed too high in the sink inside the device, excess water will flow into the device through the sink. Then you need to use a screwdriver to loosen the screws around the cup, adjust the position of the cup down properly, and at the same time observe whether there are water drops in the sink inside the device until the dripping phenomenon disappears. (Users need to be reminded here that the adjustment of the water cup needs to be done step by step and cannot be lowered too much at once; if the water level is too low, the water cup will not be able to supply water to the Water Tank inside the device, which will cause water shortage in the Water Tank and cause a secondary failure: humidity failure).
