5. After the positive temperature test is over, the operator needs to step back in the direction of opening the door when opening the door to prevent a large amount of temperature and humidity from gushing out of the temperature and humidity environment chamber and hurting people.

6. When opening and closing the door or taking the test object from the inside, the object must not touch the rubber edge of the door, so as to avoid damage to the rubber edge and shorten the service life.

7. The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage should be kept clean at all times to prevent a large amount of dust from being sucked into the unit to cause accidents and reduce performance.

8. The refrigeration system is the core of the machine. Check all copper pipes for leaks annually.

9. The condenser of the refrigerator should be cleaned of dust regularly. Dust attached to the condenser will trip the high pressure switch of the compressor and generate an alarm. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, it is generally cleaned every six months. After starting up, use a stiff brush or blow it clean with a high-pressure air nozzle.

10. The high-current contacts of the switchboard should be overhauled every six months. Loose contacts can put the entire device in a dangerous working condition and possibly burn components. In severe cases, fire, alarm, and personal injury may occur, which is very dangerous.

11. Humidifiers and water trays should be cleaned frequently to avoid Graduation from affecting steam discharge. It is generally cleaned once after the test is completed. After cleaning with a copper brush, rinse with water. Timely removal of scale will help prolong the service life of the humidification tube.

12. The wet cloth of the dry and wet bulb should be checked frequently. If it does not absorb water, it should be replaced in time, which is related to the accuracy of the humidity test. Generally, it is replaced once every three months.

13. Do not debug. The two over-temperature protectors in the distribution box have been adjusted randomly when they leave the factory to protect the heating tube and humidifying tube from burning and alarm for water shortage.

14. The water pipe in the waterway is a device that is easy to block and leak. Always check for leaks or blockages. If so, please remove or notify us in time.

15. After the product test is completed, it is necessary to take out the product in the power-on state, and the staff need to wear dry, anti-electricity, and temperature-resistant gloves to pick and place the product.

16. Non-professional personnel of the machine are not allowed to maintain and inspect the machine. In the process of maintenance and inspection, it needs to be carried out by full-time personnel. At the same time, there must be guardian supervision to prevent unknown personnel from energizing and closing the switch, causing electric shock, injury, and fire accidents.

17. We are not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized modification of the machine during use.

18. We will not be responsible for any consequences caused by not following the precautions and requirements of the manual.

1. The power distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year. During the cleaning process, an industrial vacuum dryer should be used to remove indoor dust.
