Many problems with constant temperature and Humidity Chambers are not caused by the quality of the chamber, but by improper daily maintenance. Improper maintenance will affect chamber performance and service life.

1. The water used for this type of environmental test equipment needs to be pure water or distilled water, not tap water.
2. Do not place the machine where it will be exposed to water or sunlight.
3. Designated personnel are required to operate the machine to prevent premature damage.
4. This machine cannot heat, test or bake flammable, explosive and corrosive materials. If you need to test this material, you need to consider its danger, otherwise it will cause unnecessary losses or the machine cannot achieve the purpose of testing.
5. The number of test objects must not affect the air circulation of the test box, otherwise it will affect the performance of the machine.
6. Please keep the door closed during the test.
7. When opening and closing the door or taking out the measured object from the constant temperature and Humidity Chamber, please do not let the object touch the rubber edge on the door to avoid damage to the rubber edge.
8. The ground around and at the bottom of the cabinet needs to be kept clean at all times to prevent a large amount of dust from being sucked into the unit and causing accidents and reducing performance.
9. Refrigeration system is the core of the machine. Please check the all-copper pipe once a year for leaks. If there is any oil leakage at the horn interface and welding port, please notify the company or deal with it directly.
10. Please clean the dust on the condenser of the refrigeration unit regularly. It is generally cleaned every six months. After starting, blow air with a stiff brush or a high-pressure air nozzle.
11. Please check the switchboard every six months to ensure safety.
12. The humidifier and water cup should be cleaned frequently to avoid the formation of scale and affect the discharge of steam. In general, cleaning is required each time a test is completed.
13. Please change the wet gauze every 3 months and check the gauze frequently.
14. Do not adjust the setting values of the two over-temperature protectors in the distribution box. They have been adjusted before delivery. The protection switch is used to protect heating pipes and humidifying pipes from burning and water shortage alarm.
15. The water pipes of the water supply system are easy to block and leak. Check regularly for leaks and blockages. If so, please eliminate or notify the Test Chamber manufacturer in time.
16. Non-professional personnel are not allowed to repair and inspect the machine. During maintenance and inspection, full-time personnel should conduct inspections and be supervised by guardians to prevent unknown personnel from switching on and off the power supply, causing electric shock, personal injury and fire accidents.
17. The power distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year, and a vacuum cleaner should be used to remove indoor dust during the cleaning process.
