1. Samples cannot be dried when such Industrial Ovens work
Reason: It may be caused by improper use of the vacuum Drying Oven. The vacuum drying process needs to be carried out in a closed environment. If water vapor is generated during the drying process and not discharged in time, it will cause the water vapor to enter the sample again.
Solution: Add some air to the cavity every once in a while, and then use the Vacuumpump to pump out the water vapor, which can prevent the sample from drying out.
2. Vacuum phenomenon occurs in industrial vacuum Drying Oven
Cause: The operation is wrong when closing the Vacuumpump. The correct way is to close the valve first and then close the Vacuumpump. If the order is reversed, the water or oil of the Vacuumpump will be sucked back under the influence of vacuum negative pressure.
Solution: According to the correct operation sequence, close the valve first, then close the Vacuumpump. If it is prone to errors, a check valve should be added between the Vacuumpump and the vacuum Drying Oven. When the Vacuumpump stops, the check valve will instantly close the valve and no vacuum suction will be generated.
3. Air leakage occurs after a few years of use of the vacuum Drying Oven
Reason: The biggest reason may not be that the oven is broken, but that the sealing strip is damaged.
Solution: Replace the sealing strip in time. If the problem still cannot be solved, the valve is damaged. Just replace some valves.
4. The set temperature in the vacuum Drying Oven is quite different from the actual temperature.
Reason: opening and closing too frequently or temperature transducer damage
Solution: minimize the number of opening and closing doors or replace the temperature transducer.
