Dust-free oven, also known as Electric Oven, is a special clean and dust-free drying equipment that provides a high-temperature purification environment. The air in the oven is sealed and self-circulating, and is repeatedly filtered through high-temperature-resistant effective air filters (10000, 1000, 100 grades) to keep the oven working room in a dust-free state.
What products can be used in a dust-free oven?
This Electric Oven needs to be used in conjunction with a clean room. According to the needs of the products to be dried, there are 4 dust-free grades to choose from: 100, 1000, 10000, and above 10000. Among them, the 100-class dust-free oven is a product with strict dust-free requirements.
Electronic industry: baking and drying of touch screen, semiconductor, LCM, LCD, LED, MLCC, TFT, quartz oscillator, etc.
Plastic industry: drying process of silica gel, PCB, PE, electrolytic capacitor, rubber and plastic keyboard, computer parts.
Others: drying process of precision ceramics, solar panels, backlight panels and a few optoelectronic components.
