Brief introduction of constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber
There are a large number of products that undergo severe changes when exposed to different environmental conditions such as humidity and high temperature. Therefore, it is very important to test these materials beforehand to avoid damage. In order to effectively test these materials, a constant temperature and Humidity Chamber can be used. This is one of the amazing testing equipment that provides relative humidity and control to test your samples.
How to maintain the water level in the Humidity Chamber?
When you install a constant temperature and humidity Test Chamber in your laboratory, there are some prerequisites that you need to pay attention to before operating the machine. Maintaining water levels is one of them. The " Low Water LED" illuminates when the water level in the machine is low . Therefore, it is very important to maintain the water level to ensure accurate test results. Here we have mentioned three simple steps that to maintain the water level in the chamber.
Connect the DM water hose to the water inlet provided on the back of the machine to fill with water. The minimum height of the tank needs to be 8 feet to 10 feet.
The side inlet connected to the tank should always be open. The water connection should not be stopped. It will automatically top up with water when needed and stop when the tank is completely full.
With the help of the side entry, you will be able to create the desired humidity level inside the chamber.
In this way, you can easily maintain the water level of this Tester. The testing machine will be used for various purposes.
