Wire bar applicator
The coating is prepared into a film of a certain thickness, also known as a wire rod applicator, Meyer rod, and winding rod.
Features
Wire Diameter: 0.064~1.9mm(2.5~75mils)
Prepared coating film thickness: 4.5~150μm (0.18~6mils)
Coating Width: 254mm (10inches) long enough to meet most standard size baseplates and cardboards.
Bar length: 305mm (12inches). There are 25mm long grip parts at each end.
Bar diameter: 12.7mm (1/2inch). Thick enough to provide basic good rigidity.
Material: All stainless steel. Even water-based paints do not rust or corrode. Non-magnetic, allowing for use with steel plates on magnetic cards.
