Norway DFD GM04/40kN Manual Adhesion Tester

Powerful manual tensile adhesion Tester with threaded connection between the test head and the test element for a test range of 40 kN. Using a Ø50mm test element, this model can pull 20 MPa / 2900 psi. It is suitable for testing strong concrete surfaces, road and bridge materials, etc.

With its 40kN tensile force, this is the most powerful manual tensile adhesion Tester in the range. It is designed for testing on the thermal spray coating of breadboards, spraying on components or in accordance with ASTM-C633 (two test cylinders glued together) especially for testing with Ø50mm test elements, and with a square of 50× designed 50mm test elements for adhesion testing of tile adhesives and other cementitious materials. The equipment complies with ISO 4624, ASTM D 4541, EN 1542 and ASTM C633.
