Introduction

Product principle

A test panel rack parallel to the air flow direction is installed in the wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, use the air volume control device to control the wind speed within 3±0.3m/s, and then put the coated test panel on the wind test On the test plate rack in the hole, adjust the drying control time according to the product standard requirements. Steps

1. Operation of the anemometer

(1) Put 4 AA batteries into the bottom cover of the anemometer, and insert the probe plug into the socket of the QKL initial dry crack resistance Tester.

(2) Set the power conversion switch on the instrument panel to the "on" position, set the calibration switch to the "full scale" position, adjust the "full scale coarse adjustment" and "full scale fine adjustment" knobs, so that the pointer of the meter is at the full scale position .

(3) Set the correction switch to the "zero position", and adjust the "zero position rough adjustment" and "zero position fine adjustment" knobs to make the meter pointer at the zero position.

(4) Repeat items (2) and (3) until it is adjusted.

2. Operation of the timer

The delay range of this timer is 0.01 seconds to 99 hours and 99 minutes, which can be preset arbitrarily, and the middle button is a time switch.

3. According to the amount of main paint specified in the paint putty product description, after the putty is coated on the surface of the prepared test panel (on top of the primer), immediately place it on the test panel rack in the wind tunnel, and the test panel is parallel to the airflow direction place. 5. Gently pull the screw plug of the measuring head to expose the hot ball, align the red point of the measuring head with the wind direction, insert it into the test hole perpendicular to the wind direction, the insertion depth is generally the center of the test plate, adjust the wind speed control knob, and observe the anemometer pointer , so that the wind direction is regulated within 3±0.3m/s, and the air-drying work begins.
