Introduction

The CS-801 benchtop Spectrophotometer is a high-performance Spectrophotometer with the test aperture facing side. The instrument adopts the D/8 illumination observation geometric conditions recommended by the International Commission on Illumination CIE, integrates the full-band LED composite light source, dual-optical path spectroscopy system, ETC real-time calibration and other technologies, the standard deviation of spectroscopic reflectance is within 0.08, the chromaticity value ΔE*ab maximum value is 0.03, and the difference between stages is within 0.2, providing all necessary color equations to meet the measurement needs of coatings, printing, textiles, plastics, food, products, and automobiles.

1. The D/8 illumination observation geometric condition is adopted, and the test aperture is designed to the side, which is convenient for measuring samples in different states such as solids, particles, powders, pastes, etc. Solid samples (plates, fabrics) can be placed directly on the measuring port, while powders (pigments, coffee), pastes (ketchup), and liquids (soy sauce) can be placed in cuvettes and fixed to the test ports through the cuvette.

2. Using ETC real-time calibration technology (Every Test Calibration), the instrument will calibrate the system hardware and software during each measurement. This technology fundamentally solves the long-term measurement stability and data drift problems of color measuring instruments. The standard deviation of spectroscopic reflectance is within 0.08, the chromaticity value ΔE*ab is 0.03, and the difference between stages is within 0.2.

3. The built-in camera can clearly observe the measurement caliber and facilitate the alignment of the sample.

The CS-801 instrument can be used through a PC and color management software connection, which is convenient for enterprise quality monitoring and color data management. It can digitize the user's color management, compare the color differences, generate test reports, provide a variety of color space measurement data, and customize the customer's color management work.
