Traditional wire rods are coated by winding thin steel wires on the surface of steel rods. The thin steel wires on the surface are not only easy to loosen and break, and are not easy to clean, but also cannot be coated with ultra-thin films. Yongchao YC series wire rods are used The precision mold uses cold extrusion processing technology to process concave and convex wavy curves on the surface of the steel rod, which has the same coating effect as the traditional wire rod. However, since there is no thin steel wire wrapped around the surface, there is absolutely no worry of the steel wire becoming loose and broken. Moreover, the surface curve is lubricated and smooth, which is easy to clean. The surface of the wire rod is also plated with hard chromium with a hardness of up to 1300HV, which can greatly improve its wear resistance and service life.

This series is a long wire rod with a length of 400mm and an effective coating film width of 310mm. For wet film thickness, please select the corresponding model according to the model selection table.
