Overview

On the basis of the original digital setting and the digital display of the measured temperature, the thermostatic magnetic stirrer is changed from the original adjustment heating to the table temperature adjustment, which can greatly overcome the temperature overshoot phenomenon during heating.

How to use:

1. Test run: Before use, the professional line is run with no load. Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, and listen carefully to hear the sound of the motor turning from slow to fast. If there are other abnormal noises, the cause needs to be investigated. It can only be used after exclusion.

2. Stirring operation: put the machine flat, put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench, and put an appropriate stirring bar in the container, (it needs to be sucked into the center, the cylindrical stir bar for the flat-bottomed container, and the spun stir bar for the spherical container) can be started and operated. The container should not be made of iron or magnetic-related materials, the bottom thickness should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth. The stirring speed should be accelerated gradually from slow to fast, and it is easy for the stirrer to escape if the acceleration is too fast. If the stir bar is not in the center of the container, you can turn on the stirrer first, turn it off when it idles, and the stir bar will automatically suck into the center.

Heating temperature control

 1. Plug the temperature probe into the socket behind the fuselage, then put it into the solution in the corresponding container, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator will be on.

2. Temperature setting: first set the measurement switch up, that is, set the position, and then adjust the temperature setting knob, the display screen shows the set temperature you adjusted. Table temperature setting: can be set according to the heating capacity and temperature. Set the lower table temperature for those with low heating temperature and small capacity, and set the high table temperature for those with high heating capacity and higher temperature. General countertop temperature setting = (temperature setting value -20°C) ×2

3. Heating temperature measurement: the setting measurement switch is downward, that is, the measurement position display shows the temperature measured from the probe, when the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the electric stove cover heats up, and the indicator light is on; when the measured temperature reaches the set temperature or the table temperature reaches the set temperature of the table top, the heating is turned off, and the heating indicator light is off, when the temperature drops below the set temperature, the heating rises, the heating indicator light is on again, and the temperature is constant in the position. When the temperature sensor is not plugged in, the display automatically transfers to the table temperature setpoint and measured value.

4. If you don't want to heat it, just adjust the countertop temperature knob to zero.

5. Speed display: rotate the gear switch 1-4. The rotational speed of each individual can be displayed separately.
