This improvement can greatly overcome the phenomenon of temperature overshoot during heating. The speed digital display uses pulses to count, so the speed display is true and correct.

Instructions

Stirring operation: put the container containing the solution in the center of the workbench (that is, the electric furnace), put a suitable stirring bar in the container, (it needs to be sucked into the center, use a cylindrical stirring bar for a flat-bottomed container, and use a spinning stirrer for a spherical container ) to start operation. The container should not be made of iron or materials related to magnetism, the thickness of the bottom should not be greater than 10mm, and it should be smooth. The stirring speed should be gradually accelerated from slow to fast. If the acceleration is too fast, the stirring bar will easily escape. If the stirring bar is not in the center of the container, you can turn on the stirrer first, let it idle for a while and then turn it off, the stirring bar will automatically suck into the center.

Heating temperature control:

1. Put the temperature probe into the solution in the container, and insert the probe plug into the socket at the rear of the fuselage.

2. Temperature setting: first press the setting measurement button down to set the position, then adjust the temperature setting knob, the display shows the set temperature you adjusted. Mesa temperature setting: It can be set according to the heating capacity and temperature. For those with low heating temperature and small capacity, set a lower table temperature, and for those with large heating capacity and high temperature, set a high table temperature.

3. Heating temperature measurement: Press the button again, and the upper button will pop up, which is the measurement position. The display shows the temperature measured from the probe. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the electric furnace cover will heat up and the indicator light will be on. ;When the measured temperature reaches the set temperature or the temperature of the countertop reaches the set temperature of the countertop, the heating is turned off, and the temperature rise indicator is off. , where the temperature is constant. Note: The temperature sensor should be placed in the liquid at least 20mm larger. When the amount of liquid is small, the sensor can be placed obliquely in the container to maximize the contact surface between the sensor and the liquid. Otherwise, the measured temperature is low and the temperature control is not accurate.

4. When the container is sealed and the probe cannot be used during heating and temperature control, as long as the probe plug is unplugged, it will automatically switch to the display of table temperature, setting and measurement.

5. If you don't want to heat, just turn the countertop temperature knob to O.
