LABO LB-C5 Dust meter, standard fluorescent lamp, oblique stand

Introduction

The Dirt Count measuring instrument adopts inclined standard stands and standard fluorescent lamps to irradiate, circle the dust on the sample by visual marking, use the standard dust comparison chart to identify the size of the dust area on the paper, and then calculate the Dirt Count (pieces/m2).

It adopts standard lamp tube, aluminum alloy lamp frame, with blackout lampshade.

Test description

Cut four samples of 250mm×250mm, place them on the rotatable sample plate, fix the four corners, circle the dust of different areas at the distance mark of 250mm~300mm, and use the standard dust comparison chart to identify the size of the dust area on the paper , and then rotate the sample 90°, and mark the newly discovered dust after each rotation until it returns to the initial position. Then follow the above method to check the other side of the sample. Measure the remaining 3 samples in turn.
