Introduction

The inspection system independently developed by LABO has a highly intelligent system architecture and realizes a fully automated inspection process. The inspection does not require manual intervention, reduces human measurement errors, and improves testing efficiency. The inspection data can be directly printed or uploaded to LABO-DMS via WIFI or RS3232 ( Experimental data management system). The touch screen interface makes switching between tests easier. Ten test methods can be switched arbitrarily on the main screen to improve the test speed.

Test Principle

The sample is exerted pressure by the upper and lower pressure plates, the pressure is continuously increased, and finally the sample is crushed, and the maximum value of the applied pressure is the strength of the sample. The design of the compression Tester mainly meets the test standards for paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, and cushioning materials.

Test range selection

There are two test ranges for this instrument: (10-1000N) is recommended for measurement values less than 50N; (50-5000N) is recommended for measurement values greater than 50N.

Data processing: The test results are uploaded to the computer through WIFI or RS3232, which can be tested and transmitted online for a single instrument or multiple instruments, realizing the sharing of one computer and a set of software system by multiple instruments, saving costs and improving efficiency.

Test report: The content of the report module can be edited by the user at will and generated in Word format.

Analysis report: According to the test results, the user can input the standard value to obtain the sampling failure rate. It can also make predictions and fluctuation analysis according to the test results and the actual temperature environment of the material, and form different analysis reports.
