Introduction

The constant temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is used to adjust the temperature and humidity balance of the carton. Humidity is the biggest factor affecting the strength of the carton. The carton is sensitive to the temperature and humidity environment. The temperature and humidity are different, and the moisture content of the carton is also different. Therefore, we need to adjust the temperature and humidity balance of the package before carrying out various tests on the carton transport package until the moisture content of the carton no longer changes. Generally, the processing time of the sample needs to be more than 8 hours (temperature: 23 ℃, humidity 50%RH, or according to the actual storage and transportation temperature and humidity environment), to ensure that the test results of the package are objective, true and reliable. • The new fluorine-free design adopts wet and dry bulb multi-functional multi-segment programmable temperature and humidity controller, fuzzy PID controller, accurate temperature and humidity control with small fluctuations. Imported 304 mirror stainless steel liner, semi-circular transition at the four corners, shelf brackets can be freely loaded and unloaded, which is convenient for cleaning inside the box. The parameters set by the user can be automatically stored in case of a sudden power failure, and the original setting program will be run after the power is turned on. International brand compressor and circulation fan, environmentally friendly refrigerant (R134a) with high efficiency and low energy consumption, promoting energy saving. The unique air duct circulation system ensures the uniform humidity of the working room temperature, and the test hole with a diameter of Φ25mm is convenient for operation and testing. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature exceeds the limit, and the sound and light alarm prompts the operator to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. High temperature, low temperature and over-temperature alarm, compressor overheating, overcurrent, overload protection, fan overheat protection, water shortage protection, etc. It can be connected to a printer or 485 communication interface, displayed on a computer, and prints temperature, humidity and time curves, providing a strong guarantee for data storage and playback during the test process.

• It adopts super large screen touch screen, which is easy to operate on the screen and easy to edit programs. The controller operation interface is available in Chinese and English, and the real-time operation curve can be displayed on the screen.

• It has the capacity of 100 groups of programs, 1000 segments and 999 cycle steps, and the maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes. After the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid shutdown due to human touch.

• With PID automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct the changing conditions of temperature and humidity, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.

• With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform functions such as switching on and off.
