Introduction

Haibao Instruments Rubber Shore Hardness Tester LX-A is an A-type pointer Shore Rubber Hardness Tester. The LX-A Rubber Shore Hardness Tester is suitable for measuring the hardness value of low and medium hardness materials. It is used in rubber, synthetic rubber, soft rubber , Polyester, leather, wax and other fields are widely used, and the pressure at the end of the needle is 0.55N-8.06N. In addition, the LX-A Rubber Shore Hardness Tester can be purchased separately to use the Hardness Tester, which reduces the pressure of manual operation and has better measurement stability.

Applicable standard

LX-A Rubber Shore Hardness Tester complies with the standards DiN 53505, ASTM D2240, IS0/R868, JIS R7215.

Instructions

1. Place the sample on a solid plane, hold the LX-A Rubber Shore Hardness Tester , and press the needle at least 12mm away from the edge of the sample;

2. Smoothly press the presser foot on the sample, make the presser needle vertically press into the sample, until the presser foot is in full contact with the sample and read within 1s;

3. Measure the hardness value 5 times at different positions with a distance of at least 6 mm between the measuring points, and take the average value (the distance between the measuring points of microporous materials is at least 15 mm);

4. In order to stabilize the test conditions and improve the test accuracy, the rubber Shore Hardness Tester should be installed on the same type of test fixed rack produced by the supporting production for measurement.
