Product operation method

1. Place the sample on a solid surface, hold the LX-AO Portable Shore Hardness Tester , and keep the indenter at least 12mm from the edge of the sample.

2. Press the presser foot firmly on the sample, make the presser needle vertically press into the sample, until the presser foot is in full contact with the sample, take a reading within 1s.

3. Measure the hardness value 5 times at different positions with a distance of at least 6 mm between the measuring points, and take the average value (the distance between the measuring points for microporous materials is at least 1 5 mm).

4. If it is to stabilize the test conditions and improve the test accuracy, the LX-AO portable Shore Hardness Tester can be tested on the same type of test fixture produced by the supporting production.
