Instrument Introduction
NDJ series digital display viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on 16-bit high-performance single-chip microprocessor technology. The old method of gear speed regulation is completely abandoned, and the stepper motor runs accurately and smoothly according to the program setting. The operation of the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through the torque sensor. When the rotor is subjected to viscous resistance in the measured liquid, after detection and processing, the viscosity of the measured liquid will be displayed on the LCD.
Compared with similar instruments, this instrument has the advantages of quick and easy operation, high measurement accuracy, stable speed, good anti-interference performance, and wide working Voltage (110V, 220V, 50Hz, 60Hz are all available). The instrument has the function of the % of the measured value in the full scale, which is convenient for the user to choose the rotor and rotational speed for accurate measurement of the liquid.
The instrument is widely used in the determination of solvent-based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, food, starch, etc.
Test Principle
As shown in the figure, the stepper motor is driven with high resolution to drive the pointer of the sensor, and the rotor is driven to rotate through the hairspring and the rotating shaft. If the rotor is not resisted by the fluid, the hairspring sensor pointer is in the same position as the stepper motor sensor pointer. Conversely, if the rotor is subjected to the viscous resistance of the liquid, the balance spring will generate torque to counteract the viscous resistance, and finally reach a balance. At this time, the output signal of the photoelectric sensor is sent to the 16-bit microcomputer processor for data processing, and finally the viscosity value (mPa·s) of the liquid is displayed on the LCD with night vision function.

The digital viscometer adopts the latest international microcomputer drive technology, imported stepping motor, LCD backlight display, program setting, automatic control, and has practical functions such as stable speed, good accuracy, easy operation, automatic scanning, and error alarm; the screen Directly display information such as viscosity, rotational speed, rotor number, percentage torque, the maximum viscosity that can be measured in the selected range, and the temperature of the liquid to be measured. The instrument uses standard silicone oil to measure and calibrate the full scale and linearity of each gear through the PC interface to ensure that the instrument has high sensitivity, high precision and high repeatability. The measured data is accurate and reliable, with excellent repeatability.
