Introduction
HYL-102 Hall flow meter is designed and produced by Dandong Haoyu Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB 1482-84. This device is suitable for measuring the fluidity of metal powder by the standard funnel method. Any powder that can freely flow through a standard funnel with a hole diameter of 2.5mm can be used with this device, and the bulk density of the powder can be tested with a 5.0mm funnel.
principle
The fluidity of metal powder is expressed by the time required for 50g of metal powder to flow through a standard funnel of specified aperture.
Instrument structure
Funnel (small hole diameter 2.5mm), the funnel is made of stainless steel, and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear.
Bracket, base and receiver, the bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base is used to install the stand and receiver, please adjust it level, stable and without vibration. Adjust the stand height and hold it with the included wrench to install the funnel to the stand. The receiver (stainless steel pan) is placed on the base to collect the powder.
Balance (user-provided), maximum weighing 1000g; accuracy 0.05g.
Stopwatch, the measurement time can be accurate to 0.01s.
Measuring cup, this device is equipped with a stainless steel measuring cup with a capacity of 25ml. Users can refer to the provisions of the national standard GB 1479-84 to complete the determination of the bulk density of metal powder (funnel method).
