Introduction
HYL-103 natural stacking method loose density meter is designed and produced according to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 16913.3-1997. This device is suitable for the determination of dust bulk density.

The instrument itself is all made of 304 stainless copper material without rust to ensure the accuracy of the instrument. Dust falls freely from the funnel mouth at a certain height to fill the measuring cup; measure the mass of dust per unit volume in the measuring cup in the loose state, that is, the dust accumulation density.
Instrument structure
(1) The funnel (outlet diameter 12.7mm)
is made of stainless steel (304), and the taper of the funnel is 60°±0.5°.
(2) Blocking rod
Made of stainless steel (304), it is used to prevent the dust from falling when the dust is loaded into the funnel.
(3) The balance (prepared by the user)
can weigh up to 1Kg with an accuracy of 0.02g.
(4) Measuring cylinder
This device is equipped with a stainless steel (304 material) measuring cylinder with a volume of 100ml, and the inner diameter of the measuring cylinder is Φ39mm.
(5) Scraper
Stainless steel (304) material, used to remove excess dust when dust is loaded into the funnel.
