HYLOLOGY HYL-105 Angle of repose Tester

Introduction

The dust angle of repose (or angle of repose) refers to the acute angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom horizontal plane.
　　HYL-105 injection limited bottom method angle of repose Tester is based on the national standard GB/T 16913.5-1997 (this standard adopts ISO 4324:1997 Powdered and granular surfactants - powders and granules - determination of angle of repose ) stipulated design and production. The applicable measurement object of this device is dust. The dust angle of repose is determined by injecting a limited bottom surface method. The main technical difference from ISO 4324:1997 is that the height of dust accumulated on the limited bottom surface is not measured and a protractor is used to directly measure the dust angle of repose.

principle

Dust sufficient to overflow the material pan is injected into the horizontal material pan from the funnel mouth; measure the acute angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom horizontal plane, which is the dust angle of repose.

Instrument structure (the entire set of equipment is made of 304 stainless steel)

(1) Funnel (outlet diameter 5mm),
　　the funnel taper is 60º±0.5º;
(2) Protractor
　　: Protractor 10cm;
(3) Chassis:
　　The distance between the bottom of the outflow outlet and the plate surface is 80mm±2mm, and the diameter of the material plate is Φ80mm.
(4) Repeatability Error ≤1%.
