Introduction
The heightened electronic Brinell Hardness Tester is mainly used to measure the Brinell hardness of materials. Brinell measurement is mainly used to measure castings or forgings with a crystalline structure that cannot be tested using Rockwell and Vickers measurements. For this reason, Brinell testing is mainly used on large materials. By using different forces and changing different indenters, Brinell tests can be applied to almost all metal materials.
Brinell testing is widely used in product acceptance and other industrial applications. However, if the Brinell test is performed only on one part of a large material, the measured value is not representative of the overall properties of the material as a whole or the final product.
The heightened electronic Brinell Hardness Tester is a mechatronics product that integrates precision mechanical structure and microcomputer control closed-loop system, cancels the weight, adopts electric loading and unloading test force, high-precision pressure sensor for feedback, CPU control and can automatically compensate for the loss of test force in the test. The test force and load retention time are directly selected and input on the touch pad, which is reliable and repeatable, accurate and easy to operate.
