Introduction

The HBRVU-250 Blowe Optical Hardness Tester has a total of 7 test force levels, and three test methods are available for users to choose from. Among them, Vickers hardness (HV) 30 and 100 have two test forces; Brinell hardness (HB) 31.25, 62.5, 250 has three test forces; Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC) 60, 100 and 150 have three levels of test force, which can meet the needs of users for a variety of hardness tests

Function introduction

●The Rockwell hardness value is directly read by the optical projection screen, and the Vickers and Brinell hardness values are measured by a microscope device (measured in two directions perpendicular to each other) and obtained by using their arithmetic mean look-up table

●The loading, retaining and unloading of the test force are semi-automatically controlled, and the speed is controlled by the flow rate of the buffer

●This instrument has high sensitivity, stability, strong operability, and is widely used in workshops and laboratories
