Introduction to four-sided preparation

MODERNER SZQ-90 frame-type Wet Film Applicator has a coating thickness of 200/400/600/800μm and a coating width of 90mm. It is a Wet Film Applicator made of stainless steel and has good wear resistance. The hardness of the frame-type four-sided Applicator is HRC48±2.

Materials used

The SZQ-90 Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo stainless steel, which has the characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Steps

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that the Frame Applicator does not move when it slides over.

2. Select the appropriate wet film thickness preparation and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the frame-type 50/100/150/200 large-frame four-sided Applicator, hold both ends of the Applicator with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second, and finally get the desired result. Wet film with required wet film thickness.

4. After use, the SZQ-90 wet film Applicator should be wiped clean with a suitable solvent, and the surface should be coated with oil or Vaseline.
