The Elcometer 456 Industrial Protective Coatings Thickness Gauge is pre-calibrated to measure dry film thickness on shot peened or blasted steel substrates.
Pre-calibrated with 4 profile ranges, the Elcometer 456 IPC is fast and very easy to use.
Contour range
User-selectable surface profiles include smooth, fine, medium, and rough ranges. The monolithic iron-based probe built into the instrument allows thickness measurements to be taken in mils or microns on flat or curved surfaces.
