        Introduction

        MODERNER LS falling sand wear Tester is used to test the wear resistance of organic coatings under standard conditions. The construction industry standard JG/T 133-2000 requires testing the wear resistance of aluminum profiles and aluminum plates with fluorocarbon coatings. LS falling sand wear testing machine is easy to operate.

        Principle

        LS Falling Sand Abrasion Tester is used to test the wear resistance of the coating by dropping the abrasive from a specified height onto the coated test plate through the conduit until the substrate of the test plate is exposed. The abrasion resistance of the coating on the test plate is represented by the amount of abrasion per unit film thickness.

        1. The LS falling sand wear-resistant testing machine is equipped with a switch to control the sand flow near the conduit. There is a sand box for placing the test plate at an angle of 45 degrees to the vertical position at the lower part of the conduit. There are clamps on both sides of the sand box to clamp the test plate. .

        2. There is a height adjusting nut at the lower part of the wear-resistant testing machine, which is used to adjust the distance from the pipe to the painted surface.

        3. There are adjustment screws at the bottom of the wear-resistant testing machine to properly adjust the center position of the sand flow.
