Introduction

"DECO-PBM-V-100L" vertical planetary ball mill is a large planetary ball mill for industrial production, with a total grinding volume of 100L. Liquid and other products are crushed, ground, homogenized, mixed, and are suitable for various industries such as chemical industry, ceramics, glass, agriculture, food, medical treatment, metallurgy, and mining.

Principle

There are four ball milling tanks installed on the planetary disc. When the planetary disc rotates at a high speed, the ball milling tank makes a planetary movement of the central axis. The balls in the ball milling tank collide and rub the materials violently during the high-speed motion, so that the materials are fully crushed and Homogenize or mix. According to the different properties of the materials to be ground, various grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, vacuum grinding, low-temperature grinding, and inert gas grinding can be selected for grinding; 

Process characteristics

1. All parts inside and outside the fuselage are sprayed with plastic;

2. The tank holder is made of 6mm thick material and made by wire cutting process, which is durable and prevents breakage at high speed;

3. The pressure rod is made of 304 stainless steel, does not rust, can be used for a long time, presses firmly, and has a high safety factor;

4. The core components are Delixi inverter and Dedong motor, which are durable and stable in performance;

5. Install a powerful cooling fan, a powerful cooling system to ensure stable operation of the equipment;
