Surface tension is an essential factor that determines the properties of liquids such as solubility, wettability, foamability, coating and permeability. Surface tension analysis of a given liquid is often performed to study the physical behavior of that liquid relative to other liquids or solids. And this kind of research is the basic means of quality control in the process of industrialization. Fangrui QBZY-3 Surface Tensiometer is a professional-grade interfacial chemical analysis instrument specially developed to meet the user's needs for R&D and high-precision quality control in the process of interfacial chemical testing.

Features
1) Platinum plate and platinum ring are used in combination with two test methods;
2) Fully automatic measurement, when the platinum plate is tested, the displayed value is the surface tension value;

Detection principle
Platinum plate method
When the sensing platinum plate is immersed in the liquid to be measured, the surface tension around the platinum plate will be affectedThe surface tension pulls the platinum plate down as much as possible. When the surface tension of the liquid and other related forces are equal to the equilibrium forceWhen it is weighed, the platinum plate stops immersing into the liquid inside. At this point, the instrument's balance sensor measures immersioninto depth and converts it into the surface tension value of the liquid.During the specific test,The test steps of the platinum plate method are as follows:
(1) Gradually immerse the platinum plate in liquid;
(2)When immersed in the liquid surface, the equilibrium value is sensed by the sensor;
(3) Convert the perceived equilibrium value into a surfacetension value and display.

Platinum Ring Law
Due to its widespread use in du Nou tensiometers, this method is also known as the du Nouy method, and is therefore operatedIt is widely used for its simplicity. The platinum ring method is called because a ring forms between the test part and the liquid sampleAnd get.The measurement method of the platinum ring method is:
(1) Gently immerse the platinum ring in the liquid;
