Introduction
The particulate matter online monitoring system consists of one central station and n sub-stations. The LD-5K online laser dust meter is used as a terminal, through the LD-5K data transmission unit, the dust meter (substation) and the GPRS wireless network are connected, and then the Internet network is connected through the GRPS network to transmit the data to the data center (central station), so as to realize the two-way communication of data from the terminal to the data center and the data center to the terminal.
Main technical features:
1. The communication of this system is based on reliable GPRS network and Internet network communication, which effectively ensures the smooth communication and has good real-time characteristics. The data from the collection point can be transmitted to the data center in a timely manner.
2. According to the needs of users, the dust meter of the sub-station can be started and shut down at regular intervals to realize the online monitoring of unattended dust concentration.
3. The data center analyzes the data through database software and configuration software and has a friendly man-machine interface.
4. The data of each collection point can be analyzed, so that the user can see the data change trend of each collection point in real time through charts and curves, so as to effectively manage different sub-stations.
5. The data can be stored in the real-time database and ACCESS database of the configuration software respectively, which is convenient for users to query and process historical data.
6. The system is designed with alarm management to remind the administrator of the data center to pay attention to the data anomalies of key users and improve the effectiveness of real-time monitoring.
7. The system has designed and realized the functions of fault diagnosis, fault status display, fault removal and so on.
8. The data, charts and curves of the central station can be queried remotely through IE browser.
9. One central station can support up to 64 sub-stations (i.e., equipped with 64 dust meters).
