Introduction

CCD-500 explosion-proof dust Tester is a light scattering rapid dust Tester with laser as the light source, which meets the requirements of intrinsic safety. The explosion-proof mark of this instrument is ExibII.BT4Gb, and the explosion-proof certificate number is CE15.2063. This instrument can directly read the mass concentration (mg/m³), easy to carry, simple to operate, there are PM1, PM2.5, PM5, PM10 and TSP a variety of cutters to choose from, can measure different particle size dust concentration. The built-in membrane sampling device collects dust samples while continuously monitoring airborne particulate matter for composition analysis and mass concentration conversion coefficient K using the filter weighing method. It can be used to quickly measure dust concentrations in zones 1, 2, II.B, T4 and below, and is also suitable for detecting inhalable particulate matter (PM10) concentrations in indoor and outdoor environments. This instrument conforms to the national metrology verification regulations JJG846-1993 "Light Scattering Digital Dust Tester Verification Regulations", and the instrument uses in line with the labor industry standard "Conversion Method for Determining Relative Mass Concentration and Mass Concentration of Dust in the Air in Railway Work Sites" TB/T2323-92, and the Ministry Standard "Method for Determination of Respirable Particulate Matter (PM10) in the Air in Public Places - Light Scattering Method" WS/T206-2001.
