Introduction

AQM-1000 and AQM-500 multi-parameter dust Detectors are two newly developed multi-particle size dust detection equipment. The remarkable feature of this equipment is that it only needs one measurement, it can display the measurement data of multiple particle sizes, without replacing the cutting head, and has both mobile monitoring and fixed-point monitoring mode, which has strong practicability. AQM-1000 is an online continuous monitoring equipment, suitable for fixed-point monitoring, through network technology to achieve multiple monitoring site communication interconnection and data aggregation to the central station function; AQM-500 is a portable monitoring equipment, small and easy to carry in design, suitable for mobile monitoring, temporary inspection and spot check. The launch of this product greatly saves the customer's measurement time and meets the customer's technical requirements in data collection and comparison.

This product has obtained the "Measuring Instrument Form Approval Certificate" (CPA) and "Manufacturing Measuring Instrument License" (CMC) issued by the Quality Supervision Bureau.

Features

This product uses the principle of laser scattering. This technique is fast, independent of the color of the particles, and has a high sensitivity. The newly designed air path and circuit system make it possible to display up to five particle size particle concentrations at the same time after a single measurement without replacing the cutting head, making it more economical and convenient than the previous dust meter.

The host computer is mainly composed of two parts: the hardware of the lower computer and the software of the upper computer, of which the hardware part of the lower computer is the main body of the whole set of instruments. The instrument adopts a professional PM dust monitoring sensor combined with PIC single-chip microcomputer, through single-chip microcomputer for sensing detection and data processing, it can detect the PM value in the environment in real time, display the data through the LCD screen, and can also cooperate with the host computer to transmit the data to the computer software for data processing. In terms of human-computer interaction, this product is designed with a 5-health input keyboard and LCD screen, which is convenient for customers to use and operate. The product uses a large-capacity memory chip, which can be continuously detected for a longer time and store more data. In the software design of the product, the alarm function of concentration exceeding the standard is added, so that customers can be more safe and reliable in use.
